User Agreement

Effective date: April 21, 2026

1. Wallet and Card Use

NasPay users may access wallet balances, Nas Card payment features, transfers, approval requests, inbox notices, refunds, and merchant payout credits where enabled for their account. Users must keep devices, passcodes, cards, OTPs, and credentials secure.

2. Payment Approval

Some merchant payments require in-app approval. If a notification is missed, the user should open the NasPay app and review pending approval requests from the relevant payment approval or inbox area before the session expires.

3. Refunds and Merchant Payouts

Merchant refunds appear as incoming wallet activity and may be labelled as a refund from merchant. Merchant payouts to a linked NasPay user account appear as incoming activity from the merchant. Refunds, payouts, limits, and reversals are subject to risk and compliance checks.

4. Account Safety

NasPay may block account activity, revoke sessions, remove device tokens, require re-verification, or disable features where needed to protect users, merchants, the platform, or legal obligations.
