NasPay Legal

Terms & Conditions

Effective date: April 21, 2026

These Terms govern access to NasPay websites, apps, wallet services, Nas Card features, merchant PSP tools, APIs, dashboards, support, and related services. Use of regulated services remains subject to approval, identity checks, risk controls, and applicable law.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate registration, business, identity, tax, and contact information. You are responsible for protecting credentials, API keys, devices, passcodes, and two-factor or approval channels. NasPay may refuse, suspend, restrict, or close access where required for security, compliance, fraud prevention, unpaid obligations, or misuse of the service.

2. Merchant PSP Services

Merchant accounts are approved by NasPay admin. Production API keys are admin-issued only. Merchants must keep API secrets on backend servers and must not place them in browser, mobile, or public code. Merchants are responsible for accurate checkout amounts, success URLs, cancel URLs, webhook URLs, refund policies, customer notices, and lawful sale of goods or services.

3. Payments, Refunds, Fees, and Payouts

Payment settlement, deposit fees, payout fees, commission, wallet credits, and payout account linking follow the live configuration shown in the merchant portal or set by admin. Full PSP refunds reverse the original payment economics: the customer receives the original refundable debit amount where available, the merchant balance is debited by the original merchant net amount, and NasPay commission on that refunded payment is reversed.

4. Merchant Account Closure

A merchant may request closure from the merchant portal or app after password confirmation. Closure is permitted only when settlement balances are zero. If a balance remains, the merchant must contact NasPay support to settle, withdraw, or otherwise resolve the balance. Closure disables merchant access and PSP processing but does not delete records. Admin may reopen the merchant account where permitted.

5. Prohibited Activity

You must not use NasPay for illegal goods or services, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, unauthorized card use, credential sharing, abusive automation, reverse engineering, security testing without permission, or activity that damages NasPay, users, merchants, partners, or payment networks.

6. Availability, Changes, and Liability

NasPay may update features, fees, limits, documentation, APIs, security requirements, or these Terms. Services may be interrupted by maintenance, risk controls, third-party providers, network issues, or legal requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NasPay is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
